Hi everyone,I have asked the owner of BIG D's Biker Bar if at some point in the New year if we could have a meet at his venue in Halifax.

My idea is to have a meet in the car park, coffee and geat butties and a general chit chat and then have a small run over some local driving roads ending up at Hollingworth Lake were there is parking, fish shop, arcade venue, pub and good views onto the lake.

I would like to organise this meet as there is very little runs in this area and I know of a few Pistonhead members who live this way, so I am thinkin of a early Sunday morning in April around 9am at Big D's.

If you are interested then show your interest then I will set a date and get a route of the run planed.

Many thanks

April is what time I was thinking so we might have some better weather and I have a good driving route to Hollingworth lake in mind with opportunity for very good photos. Big D has mentioned that we can have all the carpak and he could organise Harley Davisons and other bikes, trikes to be there so we can have a look around and talk. So it sounds good to have amix of machines there before we drive to the lake.

Yep, keep it book marked and I am going to pop up some dates to see which is best for everyone. What is the normal date for the Malton run as I don't want to clash with this.

There isn't a "normal" as last Easter was the first Spring one that they had. Check with Mark Mullen, he might have some provisional dates in mind. I don't think that he intentionally chose Easter last time.

Hi everyone, sorry for long reply as I have had a few problems with dates which I can do clashing with other runs/events early on in the season. With major road works near me which I intended to use will be lasing 16 weeks. So with Sunday 4th April being the big Easter meet at Malton I will organise a run from Halifax/Huddersfield all the way to Malton if any one is interested. An early start it will be to get to Malton and plenty of great roads.
