Now when we get snow and frost i can not stand the F***ing numptys who dirve around with their cars covered in snow ans ice. had a 911 coming through frimley today that was totally covered, the lights indicators the works!!! i just dont understand some people!!!!! its bloody dangerous!!!!!

and i am sure when we get frostier weather you will get the nuppets who clear a postage stamp of frost from the windscreen and nothing else, i think that the old bill should bring in at least 80% of your cars windows must be clear otherwise 3 points and fine!! it far more dangerous than driving on your phone!!!

The problem you're talking about is definitely an issue. I drove to Basingstoke yesterday and was following a Chrysler Voyager just past Fleet services, absolutely covered in snow that was slowly melting in the sun and large chunks sporadically flying off at 65mph into my windscreen and through the grille.
