Any guys on here had the mumps?

I had the mumps back in 2005.

Was not good. Nearly killed me, and one of my balls took a battering.

Anyone else been through mumps hell?

2005. fking awful. Was out of uni for 2 weeks and felt like crap.

3 times, is that even possible?

Had it as a kid, maybe 10yrs old or so.

Caught it over the easter holidays and was ill the whole two weeks.

Vividly remember jumping off the sofa towards the end of the second week as I thought I was feeling better, will never forget the pain as I landed.

Well,

one of my nuts swelled like a Grapefruit, was in hospital for a week.

and now the poor ball is half size.

still aches a bit 4 years on!!!

I had mumps in 1964. Glad it was then, rather than now.
