OK - I fancy having a bash at this and having one for Christmas time.

I've had a look at a few recipes from the internet but would like to hear of anybody elses succesful ingredients.

Couple of things..

1) What is your recipe and cooking method
2) How long does it last for before going 'off'

Not sure about a Christmas punch but I'm tempted to try my hand at eggnog this year. Mrs Pints will not be swayed however, as she's not keen on the idea of raw egg.
