mine broke a day or so before yours, filled out the online form and was picked up the next day....
be patient, they'l come. although i was happier completing the ups form myself instead of getting someone else to do it.
plus, depending on where you are the snow needs to be allowed for. traffic is a nightmare and the ups guy cant be blamed for that.

Sorry to compound your misery OP, but mine was picked up last Wednesday, reached Frankfurt on Friday (from Glasgow), and was on its way to the UK last night, hopefully to arrive tomorrow.
It was a bit late to be picked up though - to be fair to UPS though, they did actually phone me to inform me of the delay. Can you imagine Parcel Farce doing that?
Hasn't affected me though - I've had my Hard Disc on my old white XBox for the past week keeping me happy.

They did get to me later yesterday evening, just before I left work.
Friendly chap said the snow had held everything up. He also said the lady shouldn't have said it would be collected by 4 as they shouldn't give a guaranteed time.
Anyways, my XBox has just left Barking (via Northampton and Tamworth) so i'm guessing the next stop is the aeroplane!!
