I have a profile on my xbox that I have been using for ages and I wanted to enable it for Xbox Live so I can download new content for the games we play, but because I am not very good with these type of things I have assigned the Xbox Live account to an existing Windows Live account and not the one I wanted to use.

Is there a way to transfer it to the profile on the hard drive that i have been using to date or do I have to start again?

Just had a quick look on live support and came across this...

How do I change my e-mail address?

The address will default to the e-mail you provided during account creation, but if you want to change it, do so from the preferences page. Use any valid e-mail account.

Mate, to get to this when on your dashboard select "my xbox" and flick over to your profile section, should be within that somewhere. Hth.

I dont think you can, at least not with Forza.
