E60 5 SERIES HEADLIGHT BEAM

Can anyone remind me how to change the beam direction for continental driving on a E60 5 series

xenons or not?

Xenons have a lever under a little hatch in the top of the headlight unit which you unscrew with a half turn.

Halogens need stickers.
