CH5 Freesat 21/12/09 - 21:00 - 22:00 Program Not Available ?

Hi, just switched to channel 5 and you get the message saying the program is not available on freesat and a number ?

Any ideas why, or has anyone phoned the number ...

I accept its a cr*ppy Michael Jackson program, more interested why it can't be shown on freesat..
