Why is this so cheap? http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1402109.htm

I thought the previously cheapest Roadster was 125k. This compared to 2003 hardtops for 85k seems a bargain or am I missing something??

standard depreciation? the car is now approaching being 5 years old and i would assume most supercars at that age would start to lose value by more aggresive curves?

Yeah granted, but I just thought in comparison to a 2 year older hardtop with 10k more miles being 83k then the roadster for 95 seemed like a *bargain* (comparatively laugh)

I know what you mean, but it's a manual and most want e-gear, plus maybe the market has concluded that the Murci roadster roof really is that laughable!

Yes I suppose so, it's a shame because with the roof off it really is such a beautiful thing.

the roadster has fallen out of fashion just as quickly as you can say "jon and pete have both got one now"

Lambo - check
The big one - check
without a roof - check
in orange - check
without flappy paddles - check

....as far as I can see it ticks ALL the boxes....if only I had the money, I'd snap this one up....

This is the reason.

Lovely car though, and with a proper gearbox! hehe

Has anyone noticed the door does not fit correctly on the back edge and the colour between the door and rear wing looks very slightly different

If that's the case then it had a top spec repair job making it as good as new
The gumball car i saw being repaired at lambo High Wycombe, no idea if it is the same car as being discussed, it should be quite easy to check though, it had the plate FLA 5H back then.

this ex-wrapped orange roadster is back on the road in the UK according to Jon.

The car has relatively high mileage (though in real terms it's nothing).
May just be a bargain, but usually if it's cheaper than others, there is a reason. Dealers don't sell any cheaper than they need to.

It could just be the angle, but the rear wheel doesn't seem all to comfortable in it's arch either scratchchin
