According to the Beeb he's signed a one year deal, to be announced shortly. Going to be some good racing next season.

He's been out of automobile racing for three years. Will he still be competitive?

Just caught this bit of news - bet the BBC are pleased that they've got the transmission rights for 2010!

Can't wait!

Excellent!

Always been a fan of Schuey, since early Benetton days when he genuinely seemed pleased to be on the podium. I'll also be the first to admit he's been a cheating bd at times, something which I don't think he needed to lower himself to, given his talent and focus.

I don't quite think he'll be handing LH his arse on a plate, but it's going to be an exciting season.

41? Out of F1 for 4 years? He'll make a fool of himself, surely?

Then again.

Mike Hailwood. 1978 IoM TT. On an unfancied Ducati?

Valentino Rossi. 2005 GP season. On an Yamaha?

Stranger things have happened....

Great news! Next season is going to be fascinating! Button and Hamilton in identical cars hopefully up front, and Schumacher back again! Lewis always said he wanted to race him :-)

Agree with first phrase not the last.

I now live in Oz having missed the '98 race when I was here last. Scumsucker back, Kimi gone - won't be wasting my money.
Will he be 'competitive' - of course it's his total nature, will he be at the front after three years I doubt it.

Only winner - Bernie
