Over last few weeks I have noticed an increase in the number of penis enlargement and viagra e-mails.
After feeling highly insulted was wondering if anyone else had noticed more than usual amount of this type of spam.

Any recommendations to stop it, using Microsoft Outlook at moment to sync with PDA.

If I had all the extesions offered I would be about 5 yards in length by now

You could set up a new junk mail filter using the rules wizard (tools/rules wizard).
1) click new

2)select 'check messages as they arrive'

3)click 'next'

4)select 'with specific words in the subject'
click on the underlined link that appears below to add the specific words (its case sensitive so you may want to put in loads of entries for all sorts of stuff)

5)click 'next'
select what you want to do with the offending email (i'd suggest creating a new folder for junk mail and redirect the junk to that folder - that way you can have a quick look thru it now and again to check it hasnt filtered out anything it shouldnt have then you can delete it all).

6)'Next'

7)Add any exceptions you need (probably none)

8)'next'

9)select 'run this rule now' and make sure its turned on

10)'finish'

This wont get everything as they often intentionally misspell the word to get around such filters, but its better than nothing.

Thanx tried to get to grips with wizard before. Lot easier when you have a pattern to follow.

Norton Interweb security has spam filters.

just use that.

Jobs done, and you then have all the "penile extension"/"stop your nob from falling off creams" in one place....easy to bin as well!!!
