Rumour has it there is a twin FX2 cart with an early experimental Mode7 version of Super Mario 64.
There have also been several other carts found in the past with early versions of games or abandoned projects. (Copies sent to magazines for previews.)
Having said that, a copy of '40 winks' for the 64 would be worth a few quid.

I found a good article last year about someone finding roms for an arcade machine at a flea market in the states.
