320d hiccuping!

Anyone got any ideas - my 2000 320d has started doing the occasional hiccup on partial throttle. When booting it, it's fine, but when just crusising along it does the occasional sort of hiccup/ stutter. Not sure what it could be realy, partially blocked injector? It had a new maf sensor about a year or so ago, so it's probably not that.
