A quick note about tomorrows meeting

Just to remind you that there are only 250 spaces available tomorrow, and the chaps at the pub have a big job on their hands to get everyone parked up without causing a problem out on the roads.

250 people are signed up to attend, so please don't turn up at 10.30 if you aren't already signed up. Give it a few hours and allow a few people to leave before turning up yourself.

Also, be respectful to the car park marshals as they will be trying their best to get everyone in safely as soon as possible.
