1970s Countach photos

Some interesting photos of a Countach taken in Kensington, West London in October 1977:

Anyone recognise the car? Seems to have an export registration...

I can't help with the info unfortunately, but seeing these vintage pics makes me think that this car must have warped peoples minds back in the day when it was new - compared to everything else around it it's like a spaceship from the future.....I guess that was the point!

Thanks for posting!

What wonderful pics( thanks for posting) and its great to see a Countach in period and to be able to get an idea of how it must appeared in '77 amongst all the normal street furniture, and i concur with the 'looks like spaceship' comment... i know i am odd but even today in the classic car mags i know they go to a lot of trouble to find great exotic/trendy backgrounds for their photoshoots, when i like to see old cars in supermarket car parks, in rush hour traffic, parked up outside a restruant or in those normal everyday places where their retro style is a social comment on how times have changed.
