mini first side repeaters

Hi there, i currently have a brand new mini first on order. i was wondering if you can change the
amber side repeaters to clear as i can only find ones up to 2006 models and mine is a 59 plate. many thanks peppergirl

I got my side scuttles from there but i decided to stay with the orange

I went for the "Side vents - JCW" as they match the chrome door handles far better than the stock black griddle ones. They came with clear lenses and bulbs so took about 5 minutes a side to fit. Just open the bonnet and they slide forward about half-an-inch then pop out; unplug the bulb, plug in the new vent and clip back in place. Repeat for other side and job done.

At £40 cheaper than speccing clear repeaters from Mini's options list and look better too.

I went for those aswell, minus the clear bulbs,
the JCW scuttles made a bigger improvement than I expected!
Of course if you only want the clear lenses and not the scuttles you can buy them seperatley.

I swapped these on my Cooper...



...For these (which I think are the JCW scuttles)...



...Cost about £40 posted for scuttles and clear side repeaters from Cotswold BMW through eBay.

They do look good alot better than the black plastic. my mini being built atm can't wait to get it, i will defo be buying the jcw side vents once my car is here.
