Broke down today, well more like a fault, went in here today as we were just north of it when the fault emerged.

Great grub, huge portions, scary folk...

On another note, looks like I've just become the latest victim of the legendary Renault coil failures....Nothing like a flashing engine management light at 70mph to wake you up a bit...

Went into The Horn on the way south on our honeymoon. The girl at the till congratulated us on our wedding confused

When we got to Glasgow I noticed that we both still had confetti in our hair rolleyes

+1. The Horn rocks, I have been going there for years. The bacon rolls are legendary - you have no hope of closing them as there is so much bacon on them.

"Legendary"...??? So I was led to believe going by the stories I have been told over the years, so one day we stopped and gave it a try.

Sure, the bacon rolls are stuffed full. Unfortunately they are stuffed with overcooked too-salty-to-eat crap. 1/10. The biggest disappointment of my life.

Yep, but the non-discerning seem to prefer quantity rather than quality in bacon rolls and other commodities as well.

Ouch! LOL

Drinking ten pints of water after rating a Horn bacon roll is part of the ritual. In fact, it is best not to think of it as a bacon roll in the traditional sense, rather as a unique dish that is only available in one restaurant in the world.
