LR90 2.4 XS tuning?

Hi all,

Just about to seal the deal on a new 90 and am keen to have it chipped. My last one which I sold a couple of years ago was done to great effect, but with this being a new car I have concerns about the warranty. Are there any chips/conversions/remaps that can be done without affecting the warranty?

I wouldn't have thought so. Buy wisely. Do not go to people who haven't properly engineered their products so that it shortens the life of the engine.

I took my TDCi to J E Engineering and have been completely delighted with their Stage 2 upgrades. Would strongly recommend.

Twisted Performance have a very good reputation.

They won a recent competition to create the worlds fastest defender (not just dragiracing but handling tests too) with a td5. Very impressive considering some of the v8 beasts it was up against.

Still got the 7 and Kate has the 21...amended my profile when I was selling the V70R and didn't re-instate the cars..oops.

i just wanted a basic chip . didnt want to play with intercoolers or turbos yet . i had dms tune my car after i tried a couple of cars . my defender is so much smoother more economical and ( more importantly ) faster now it must be experienced to be believed .
it now pulls really strong all the way through and is completely different , the car is transformed .
where before i was struggling to keep up with traffic im now more than able to lead the way .
also im very grateful to rob going to my brothers place and sorting out the re map so close to new years . great service in deed .
i have been dubious of re maps previously and have never really been a fan but i must say it feels like a defender with a bigger engine , the difference is really really amazing .
DMS highly recommended !
