Interior transplants

My shiny (on outside) Tam has a very tired interior ie carpets were navy now a virulent nasty green colour and the bison is very worn and naff.
The big question is what parts fit which cars? is the dash etc from a T350 same? will tuscan seats fit any Tcars? Will door cards inter-change?
has anybody undertaken this task? any ideas help as always very much welcomed
