Can you fax and or photocopy it? What would happen if you do, mucilage of course would be a problem, you would need expensive swabs to swab it out, but we were talking about this in the pub last night, and the answers we got was a very stern
"Yes you can but dont do it you will fk someones fax machine up, just dont fax glitter"

"I dont know, I think you could, would just be little black spots though"

Now I have googled it and found nothing to whether you can or can not fax glitter, now I have a fax machine but obviously I dont want to put glitter in my own fax machine, so I couldn't test it there.

What would happen though, would the light reflect off the glitter giving the appearance to the machine there is no glitter, or would there be little black spots where said glitter was, or maybe even a mixture of both? Obviously the ones you couldn't see you would have to know where on the page they were to determined whether or not the fax machine has picked up the glitter.

Has anyone faxed glitter? Would a colour fax machine pick up the glitter and then apply the glitter on the other end in colour? Of course thats all down to whether the fax machine recognises there is glitter in it/on it.

Where could I find a fax machine to use and of course I am going to need a smoking hot assistant with massive tits (very pertinent) to the second part of the expirement can you fax and or photocopy massive jugs with glitter on them, but most importantly I need someone who can handle glitter as I dont want that st on me, takes weeks to get off, frankly should be banned, but then we would never know if glitter can or cannot be faxed.

Now you may have read this and thought, what the fk is the o/p smoking or drinking the answer is nothing, but I can guarantee you this, you will take it on board and spend the rest of the day thinking about whether this can be done, is someone willing to do it? Can glitter be faxed?

Wasn't Glitter properly faxed the other year when he was convicted of kiddy fiddling?

Quite a lot which seems to boil down to:

What would happen if I faxed something with glitter on it.
Since I'm bored too, I'll have a stab...

  • The glitter would come off in the machine and bugger it up for whoever used it next...
and

  • The resultant copy when it arrived wouldn't sparkle...
Good question for a quiet day! smile

it's agreed then that glitter would feck up a fax machine, but how about testing the idea on a flatbed scanner or copier where no damage can be done?

I'm not even sure why i'm entertaining this, but ... it would just come out as dark spots. If you've ever tried to photocopy a passport or anything with a hologram it usually messes up in the direction of the hologram.

To be fair i just scan read and saw the word jugs and it made me read the whole thing ...

Not with that attitude it wont,

Seriously, I know it wouldn't sparkle but would it pick it up and would the recipient know that its glitter?

I think that the scanning process would see them as a lot of little mirrors, so wouldn't show anything. You might get a bit of a shadow if they're in a bit of a clump and the scan is at an angle...

If someone does test it though, where will they put the custard???

Is that a jpg attachment, or a pdf file?

It's not the files he needs to avoid. It's the 7 year old kids from anywhere where rice is the staple diet.
