Got a 360 before xmas for Forza 3. However was wondering what other decent games are out there that are just on the 360?

Going to pick up the Halo games.

The halo series is xbox exclusive, as is dead rising, crackdown, PGR 3/4, Mass Effect (i think).

BTW left for dead isn't xbox exclusive, it's available on PC.

Mass Effect is on PC and a lot better than the 360 version.

Halo 3 sucks hairly balls.

Geometry wars 2 - may be the simplest concept ever, but I find myself playing it much more than games costing far, far more. Well worth a download if you want something to ruin your retinas.
