Naturally I normally post re the cerbera. However the wife's beetle has developed a problem with the convertible hood and I was wondering if there was anywhere on pistonheads to get some advice. I've looked but can't see any VW area. I've tried the VW forums but got no feedback.
To cut a long story short, on the passenger side the hood and rear window have pulled away from the body, leaving a 1/4in gap between the window and seal. This is causing a leak into the rear passenger footwell.
I'm wondering if there is a method for adjusting the position of the hood and window assembly. Any help appreciated.
