Oil pressure and flow?

Does anybody know SB normal oil pressure and flow?

David Vizards book says.
10 psi at 650rpm idle.
35 psi by the time you reach 1,500rpm.
35 to 45psi at higher revs.
High pressure springs in the relief valve will produce 55 to 60psi.
A Melling 55HV plain spring 40 to 45psi. Yellow spring about 55psi. Pink 65 to 70psi.
Even the Melling web site does not give flow. All I have found is that a typical High Volume pump is giving 27-30% more volume than standard.
