Rather nice gift I received for Christmas...

A substantial book, "Masters of Contemporary Watchmaking", from my rather wonderful girlfriend. Signed by the author, she must have picked it up when she went to the SalonQP event earlier this year.

It's a lovely coffee-table book, with hundreds of great photos but plenty of words too telling the stories of George Daniels, Svend Andersen, Vincent Calabrese, Philippe Dufour, Antoine Preziuse, Franck Muller, Aniceto Pita, Alain Silberstein, Marco Lang, Vianney Halter and Roger Smith.



Recommended if you like that sort of thing. Can be had for just over £30 on Amazon too.
