I need some new wiper blades/rubbers as they make a horrible sound unless the screen is really wet. Is there a website selling BMW OEM parts such as this and other stuff.../brake discs/pads for example?

I always check BMW prices against the local motor factors as a lot of the time BMW are cheaper!! BMW will pull your pants down with labour but their parts are quite often a bit cheaper! My local BMW stealer usualy charges £16+ a litre for oil, I pay £10 inc VAT via a mate in the trade so shop around and then shop around some more,You'll win more than You'll lose but as I've said shop around!!

Forgot to mention that most of the OEM stuff is made by the likes of BOSCH etc so you're only paying extra for the BMW badge depending on the discounts that BMW are offering!

I know this post is contradictadory but thats BMW for you

For things like wipers etc, try German & swedish, normally much cheaper.

For discs etc, i'd stick with OE stuff, try www.bmminiparts.com they are much cheaper than the main dealers. Just enter your chassis no & search by diagram.

I contact the guys at Motormec in Lowestoft and with BMW Owners Club discounts you can get an additional 10% off ALL parts. Motormec offer a great service and top discounts too on all OEM BMW parts.

Staff price is even cheaper than that.
