Well it was a long overdue job that was driving me mad as the wheel varnish starting to come off and was looking tatty. So after discussion with our local TVR emporium we went for a blast clean of polish and paint with the centres colour coded to the car. At less than £100 per corner this was the result which i am well pleased with:

Happy New Year all!

That looks good, was that including new bolts as well ?

Yet another task I need to finish, but need to purchase a tool for removing the bolts frown

No the bolts are the same as we did not need / want to split the wheels, just bead blasted, treated and painted
the guy did a great job imo!

Bolts are M7 by 24mm (yep, M-SEVEN), and are about a pound a throw with nuts. The old ones are 10-point heads, and the tools you need to have to undo them are £90 from Germany. I have a set.

So about £120 worth of bolts. When you buy new ones, you'll end up with 12 point heads (i.e. bi-hex), and the tools for those are available everywhere, i.e. standard bi-hex socket set!

I spoke to the people whos name apears on the little sticker on the wheels, and those cheeky tw@s said I need to buy another set of wheels. Errr, no.

G'wannn, ask me how I know all that...........................

Hmm, I couldnt possibly tell! I do however have a nice refurbished set of wheels, and some spare sockets...

Your wheels look damn nice actually, and I'm well impressed your splittie bolts came up so well. I gave up on my and chucked em as above.
