How can I record a live radio stream??

Ideally I want to record a radio show onto my PC, how do-able is this? what software is needed??

I use Total Recorder, it's pretty good and let's you save the output as mp3, wav etc

Soundforge, just press, new/record.

Thanks Guys! didn't have time to look for anything so i bodged a Headphone jack ---> Headphone jack cable from the line out to the line in sockets and recording using wavelab, only prob is that random sounds will be recorded so i've turned them all off!!

I'll know for next time tho, thanks again.
