Non run flats tyre pressure....Vredesteins on 335i

Really appreciate some help here..

Got Non RFT's on my recently purchased 335i saloon...thankfully!

Can I just use the tyre pressures quoted on the door sill or are there any other recommended pressures...the tyres are Vredesteins Ultrac Sessanta 18's
