I changed mine today together with the sides, what a nightmare. Inspection panel screws were not playing for two hours and a can of WD40 later. Getting old lenses off took ages, and new ones have just set in place to then screw the housings on tomorrow.

Sorry no pics whilst doing it.
1). Remove wheel
2). Undo screws on the lower square inspection hatch, and remove hatch
3). I then with a fine blade, cut the sealant away from the lense on the outside of the car in the bumber recess.
4). I then managed to pull the whole unit out and then cut away the rest of the sealant at the same time. Remove all remaining old sealant. I then un-screwed the housing from the lense.
5). I then fitted the orange bulbs to the old units
6). I then used a gasket type sealant to fit the new lenses, i used plenty to get a nice tight seal. I then sealed from the outside as well.
7). Left the car overnight and then re-screwed the housings onto the lenses.
