Flight add ons

Its been a while since we had a package holiday & was a bit surprised to find after paying that no hold luggage was included ! On a Holiday flight ! So 44 Badgers per person for 15 Kilos, glad I'm not taking my Golf Clubs as it might have been cheaper buying some there.

No meals included & resort tranfers extra I could expect but the luggage I didn't see coming, just as well it was a Cheap Holiday (but not so cheap now )

They would be better lumping it all in as a breakdown of the price isn't always best.

Anybody else been surprised with extra's ?

Booked a late package break with Thomas Co*k earlier in 2009 and was told that we had to pay £15 each for a luggage allowance of 20 kilos; if we didn't pay, we had no luggage allowance. We queried this and were told it was correct but checked their website and the brochure later and found that this was a lie. 15kgs allowance is standard and £15 buys you an extra 5kg. Various other issues were misrepresented to us at the time of booking; we took these up with their 'customer feedback' department and got the usual load of slippery answers plus the £30 luggage surcharge refunded.

Turns out our flight is with Ryan Air............20p (or £1) for the toilet ?

I can't get over this 15kg of luggage, that's nothing it always used to be at least 25kg and even then I'm usually a bit over!
