You tend to get what you pay for. Super-cheap no name stuff will no doubt be Chinese made, poor quality monkey metal.

Try looking into MG ZS ones, they should fit just the same. Or else try looking at second hand branded ones.

The front strut doesn't have to be anything particularly special. They all do the same thing in terms of reducing flex and tightening the front end up. Don't get tangled up in the brand name phenomenon.

As mentioned why not try something from a mg zs. Im pretty sure a ek4, eg6 strut will do the job.
