Will Michael Schumacher speak to the BBC ?
Ive asked this as he will not talk to Martin Brundle.....
although he still gets on with David Coulthard and Eddie Jordan

It will be a shame if he does not as we will miss his insights

Could be quite amusing seeing Martin Interviewing Ross Brawn with no sign of
Michael

As far as Im aware Martin Brundle questioned Michael Schumachers driving and since then has not spoke to him

I saw the Coulthard/Schumacher Interview last year but not a Brundle/Schumacher one

At the end of Schumacher's last season Brundle presented him with a gift and they were talking then. The atmosphere did seem a little frosty though if I remember correctly.

He did when it all kicked off but I think it was more the way that Brundle dealt with explaining why the spiky hatted one would not grace us with his comments that soured the chance of there being much banter in the future.

Brundle was and has never been noted for his 'Ronspeak' and is quite free with his views.

Wasn't this complicated by Mosley's attempt to try and get Brundle sacked? People being nice to Brundle were not viewed with kindness I seem to remember reading.

What a ridiculous gift! Might as well have presented him with a model Lancaster bomber.

He appeared on Top Gear, so I'm sure the BBC isn't a problem.

It wasn't that bad except the gift, they are old team mates after all. looked like a bit of a macho stand off...
I am sure it was in jest, even though it wasn't super funny.

what insights?.... I'd rather just listen to Martin Brundle talking about almost anything than Schumacher talking about nothing (unless it happens to suit his agenda)

Haha very true. He gets on very well with James Allen, but guess it's too late for that now

I think time off will have mellowed any animosity, on the subject of which, check out what his new engineer had to say about him at Jerez '97...
