For some reason the image of a blow up doll just popped into my head.

I wonder if they would make good sleds?

A wok polished with a shed load of auto glym hehe

The best sledges tend to be the ones people find in skips i have found - bought ones suck for the most part, but again car polish work wonders for some speed. We found a sheet of tarp one year and had about 15 people on - was great fun until the back overtook the front and we all got tangled in it and flipped - good times biggrin

If you can find a wooden headboard for a bed, that has curved ends, they work a treat. To make it even quicker, wax it, and polish it.

THick plastic bag (think fertiliser bag), fill it with straw and policy the bottom with snow.

Great on ice and thinnish snow, not so great on deep soft snow.

Black bin liner. Make a hole in each corner and put it on like a pair of massive pants and slide on your bum/back. Done this loads of times in ski resorts at night after plenty of apres ski. Works a treat and is great fun

Didn't a girl die doing this? went through a fence...maybe it was a Saxo bonnet.

Yeah. It was a bit of a cheese wire scenario IIRC.
