Easter European Camping Holiday

Whilst there are loads of links from Google etc, I'm looking for a recommendation of a camping holiday in Europe at Easter time this year.
Ideally:
no more than a (long) day drive from the tunnel/ferry
decent facilities (showers, shops etc)
Warmish weather
Peace, quiet and shed loads of vino collapso rosso
I was thinking Southern France or similar for the weather, but would be really interested in any recommendations from experience. Don't really want to drive for a day and discover that the site has been fibbing on their website!
