What's wrong with it?
Mine works with snow on, check all the connections and see how much signal it says it's got.
IMHO it'll be the LNB not attached properly, our first one was held on with a hope and a prayer because the sky bloke didn't fit it properly, first bit of wind and it moved by 10-15 degrees

Thank god for the internets...
And if anyone says about clearing the snow off of the sky dish.... It's 3 floors up and I am not doing a "Rod Hull" for anyone....
Do have Windows 7 with Windows Media centre on your PC?And if anyone says about clearing the snow off of the sky dish.... It's 3 floors up and I am not doing a "Rod Hull" for anyone....
If so you can install the Sky player plugin, create an online profile (using your Sky card number) then login. You will be able to watch a select few of your Sky channels through the media centre, but not all of them and none of the normal free to air channels. - http://skyplayer.sky.com/watch/windows-media-cente...
(Not sure if this works with Vista)
I've been happily following the England/South Africa cricket using that.

Have you thought about using a hosepipe to spray water on it to remove the snow? And if anyone says about clearing the snow off of the sky dish.... It's 3 floors up and I am not doing a "Rod Hull" for anyone....
