Anyone have Dimplex panel heaters?

My flat has dimplex panel heaters and a seperate control unit. i have programmed all zones to come on at set time each day and switched the mode on each heater to 'programme'. However the little red light does not come on on the 'programme' symbol on the heater to show it is working. The little red light remains under 'comfort' mode, in which the heater operates when not controlled by a timer.

Anyone have any ideas?
