Crystal Maze Returns! (Well, maybe...)

According to Sky, ITV are bringing back Crystal Maze. To add to the "oh dear", they seem to thikn the new host will be Amanda Holden... (Oh dear again)

The whole thing about CM was it's irreverence, I can't see ITV doing it justice. As the sets no longer exist, I can just imagine what ITV could build for their budget of 75p

What do 'TV people' do all day in their search for new programmes? (I'm assuming just sitting about scratching arse and doing coke in the toilets).

If it's not dancing and/or singing +/- ice/ballrooms etc then they just remake the old (decent) stuff badly.

Worst for this are Sky and ITV, but I suppose they are geared for the 'harder of thinking' in the population...
