Gumball 3000 rally 2010

Afternoon all,

Im feeling the vibe to get a few people together regarding the gumball rally event... Is anyone interested???? its going to be on and around 1st May 2010... if so im looking for a way to get involved with the parties?

Maybe i could ask and get some press passes from Piston Heads prehaps?

when do you find out which cars are going?

I'm not sure to be fair... however i have been to a few of them and generelly it is always a good line up Since the wealthy peeps dont get the credit crunch!!... cars range from Veyrons to proto type cars to custom cars as well.... the list always changes and is generally endless

Do you know about the gumball 3000? quite a few celebs take part....

Went to the start of the rally in '05, '06 and '07 in London, always a good crack and worth trying to get into the parties.

I know celebs take part in it and that many decent cars go, just wondering what the cars this year would be. Would like to mabey get photos before the crowds which i assume would mean finding the carpark...

what are the chances of getting piston heads involved in other words asking if we could go on behalf of PH ..... Therefore getting press passes and get into the parties etc.....

ive been to see the gumballers off a few times and always a good day. soo i would be up for it.

DO they even still do this? Obviously there was that accident a while back and a lot of sponsors got jittery.

Plus the fact that the majority of participants are either socialite tts, wkers living off daddy's money and people with next to no interest in cars other than how much they cost!
