Got put up here a couple of years ago by work and thought it was pretty nice. I remember I wanted to stay in the bath instead of hitting the town as it was so plush.

The Hilton hotel group has special offers on for all their london hotels if you book before and of Jan. Valid for any weekend stay during the year. You would get a lovely room easily under your budget.
I usually book through late rooms or booking.com however, at this time of the year the hotel websites themselves have many offers on.

Anyone got any recommendations for a decent (4*)ish Hotel in London, Its the wife's 40th later this month and thought a night or two in a Nice hotel in London would be a nice treat on top of the pressies!
Budget £150-200 p/night
Cheers
Decent Restaurant would be nice aswell!!
Got to Hazlitt's http://www.hazlittshotel.com/ or the sister hotel The Rookery. Have stayed at them maybe 6 times now. Can't fault them. No in house restaurant. Try Alastair Little at Soho or St.John for the Rookery. Lovely honesty bar at the Rookery till 3a.m. will be sub £200. Budget £150-200 p/night
Cheers

The Sumner nr marble arch. Bloody nice with great staff and lovely breakfast included. Check tripadvisor.
I really enjoyed staying here for my 30th. Great for that kind of money in London. I had the best birthday as my fiancee took me to Le Gavroche. I can't recommend it enough as it was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. It was pricey mind!Edited by Justman on Monday 11th January 17:57
