Just checking, running "Import Foreign Disk" (in XP Pro) on a dynamic disk I'm moving across to my PC will allow me to access the data on it, and will definitely not wipe the data.

I am correct aren't I?

(It's Mrs Will's hard-drive, with all her photos, music, etc on it) yikes

I guess none of you guys were prepared to take the blame then. Success! I now have all her photos and things back and have managed to remain attached to my testicles.

Bit late but yeah, dynamic partitioned disks have to be imported on a new machine even if they're not raid or anything. It's when you plug one in and get 'initialize disk?' you need to be mildly concerned...

Always ask, even if you know the answer. Then you can blame someone else.

If you know the answer you shouldn't need to ask wink
