I use my m3 on the commute to work and experienced some problems in the snow. Whilst trying to park my car on the drive the car got stuck, I turned off the dsc traction control and managed to get up with great difficulty. I went to drive the car in the morning and the dsc wont turn on. Im also getting an ABS light and a further warning light which i havent seen before on the far right of the dash.

Anyone have any experience with this sort of issue???

Best bet is to get a diagnostic done mate.

Likely suspect would be an ABS sensor, as both the DSC and ABS use the values from it and that could possibly explain the fault lights.

Could be crud covering the sensor or rings and it is not getting a reading - from what you have said, check the rears first when you get the chance.

Cheers guys. Ill have a look. Would disconnecting the battery to reset the ecu be worth a try?

Maybe try a jetwash first? My best bed would be crud/ice.

Thanks alot for the feedback. Poured some warm buckets of water on each wheel and took it out of a quick spin. Problem solved! Nice one biggrin
