My Mk2 Granny has a modified engine and really needs something doing with the exhaust.
The only tubular manifolds I've found specifically for the Granny are Janspeed at £400 for the pair which I think is silly when you can get Capri and Sierra 2.8 ones for less than half that. Loads of companies list manifolds for the Capri and the Sierra 2.8 but none of them know if they will fit the Granny without fouling the crossmember, steering column etc. so I'm reluctant to buy some incase they wont fit.
I've been told by a local Banger racer that he thinks MK1 XR4i ones will fit but he's not sure. I could also have some made for less than what the janspeeds cost. But.......I can get capri/sierra ones for £150 if they'll fit.

Anyone have an answer??????......

Can't help with this one I'm afraid (sold my Janspeed manifolds without ever finding out if they'd fit), but that's a nice clean looking estate in your profile. thumbup

you could buy a weld together kit from demon tweeks or custom chrome and just mig it together yourself

Thanks for the comments on my Granny. I.ve had it 20 years in Feb. Wouldn't part with it for the world.

I didn't know you could get 'erld together kits' I'll have to look into that one.

thats what i used to build my 4-1 headers. plenty of bends and straights in the kit. just need to buy the correct manifold flanges and you are away.
