Question for Gallardo owners

Been pondering for ages about buying a Gallardo and looking at the bargains out there at the moment it's becoming more and more tempting! However, I have a few questions:

My garage has a slight 3 inch lip at the entrance - it's fine for my Griff, with a couple of inches to spare, but would a Gallardo have enough ground clearance.

I have a pretty big double garage, but I keep a fair amount of firewood at one end. What is the length of a Gallardo? Quite short I'm thinking!

What are they like to live with and what is it with the rumour of them catching fire every now and then?

its no rumour,look on youtube! they do catch fire!

but do does an escort if you pour petrol on it.

by a decent one ,not sure iof there are any recalls on these? maybe check that and make sure they have been done.

Make a concrete ramp up to your garage. Any car can catch fire, just more amusing when it's a lambo, so more coverage.

mine's caught fire a couple of times now
but on both occasions the fire brigade have been pretty timely so not a real problem

Andrew,did you find the cause of those fires.The 1st thing i put in my car was my fire extinguisher.
op get one there great.
The number of cars that have sold over the last 6 weeks is amazing,prices seem to be on the up as well.
