Disco2 Roof Rails

Ok so I see some Disco2 have rails on and some don't, is this a factory fit option/spec item or an aftermarket addition?

I can only speak for my old D2 which came with the roof rails that were located when not in use under the rear seats, i think they were standard but dont quote me.
