Do they have real diff locks or is it all done with traction control?

Yes they do. All have a centre diff lock and there is the option of a rear diff lock (standard on the supercharged). They are automatically switched in and out though, you can't do it manually.

Turn the screen to off-road info and you will see a little padlock sign where the centre and rear diffs are, this will illuminate when it locks.

They are electronically activated with differing level of preloading according to Terrain Response mode. As ^ said, check out your 4x4 Info screen and the diffs shift from red to green when locked / unlocked.
