My school has been closed all week and will not re open until Tuesday (Gloat!!!)
That's assuming that we dont have anymore snow.......
Who is still off work and why... snowed in or work closed.

I have been off since before christmas with one day in last week (mon)...

Not been off work at all frown I'm within walking distance.

My other half did point out yesterday why don't teachers do what they used to do? If you lived near a school, but it wasn't the one you taught at, you'd simply go and offer your assistance.

It means that the kids who can walk to school (and with primaries that's most) don't miss out and the parents can go back to work if they've been forced to take time off to look after the children.

I was in a work between and after christmas and new year as normal, no problem getting in or out (and it is still very snowy up here in Aberdeen) but I do have all of next week off as annual leave biggrin
