2004 focus st170 cold startup problem. can any1 help please?

hi there, i am looking for some advise on a problem with my 2004 focus st170.
for the last few weeks, when my car is started up from cold, it misses and splutters. as i drive it, its as if it runs on 3 cylinders. once it warms up, it runs fine. i have an induction kit, stainless de-cat and full system on it. ive changed the plugs, leads, filters to see if it cures it, but still no joy. ive searched through the ecu with my obd reader for fault codes but none found.
