quick question

do the 3.0 3r and M400 share the same length rods

what is that length ?

Hi Gadge , i,m led to believe the M400 has new rods with forged pistons ..........but i might be wrong !!

well - the longer rods are a better option

but do i need to get some made - or can i use m400

i'd like to know the length of them first

longer rods CAN be a beeter option, but not if they are soo long that the mess up the piston design! wink with long rods you have to move the pin higher up the piston. This can lead to weak pistons crowns.

you want as long rod as you can that lets you use a STRONG piston.
