Changing rear speakers
Discussion
It's a long time since I removed my Seats, but IIRC it's either.....
Remove the rear pod between the seats -1 Wing nut in the boot above the tank.
Then reach in and grope around for some more wing nuts on the back of the seats.
or... The seat back wing nuts are in the boot above the tank.

Remove the cant rail covers (the ones along the top of the doors) 1 screw at the front under the padding, 1 in the ARB, 1 somewhere at the back. (I am fairly sure you need to remove these, but you may be able to get away without.)
Remove the helmet holder and grope around until you have undone enough wing nuts to remove the rear shelf.
Once the rear shelf is out of the way, pull the reat headrests off -they should just be velcrod in place.
Undo the front seatbelt top anchor - make carefull note of the order of spacers and washers!!!!!
There should now be one screw at a really awkward angle through the speaker panel into the outside back of each rear seat. Remove it with a rightangle screwdriver.
The front edge of the speaker panels should pop out from behind the door seal and lift out.

I think how much you need to dismantle depends on whether you need to take the speaker panel right out. You don't need to remove the seats (at least not on mine) but removing the rear headrest does make access to one hard to get at screw a lot easier if you want to take the panel right out.
Upgraded my speakers earlier this year, you dont need to remove the seat to take the speakers out.
I agree 1 of the 4 screws is almost hidden by the top of the seat, but a torx bolt and ratchet worked for me.
If you are replacing the standard 4 inch speakers with larger ones then you might have to remove the seat otherwise you should be ok with the above.
