Not got any experience of that model but from what i've heard the TD6 is a bit under powered, whether or not your wife will be concerened with this is up to you, relability wise it's made by Land Rover so their not great! (Proud Land Rover owner typing!) If funds allow the TDV8 is a much better option, a few years into the sports life span so many of the minor niggles will have been sorted.

Probably not much use info wise but it might be the best you get lol!

apologies for the peurile replies. have owned both FFRR and RRS - both great cars, never had any problems with either of them and not aware of any major problems with them. As mentioned the 6 cylinder diesel is sluggish, either V8 is great though.

FWIW I would buy a Range Rover over a Sport if I was to buy either again, which I would.

... horrific mpg which brings me to my next question,

we've been offered a supercharged RRS - are these really that bad on mpg?

Thanks
Yes! But worth every penny IMO smile

You will get a S/C for much less than a TDV8 and can spend the difference on V-Power and enjoy the smoothness, quietness, acceleration and all the toys in return wink

Mind you, if you currently have a RR TD6, the TDV6 will feel fast anyway in comparison - especially if you chip it biggrin
